Terms of Service

Effective date: July 18, 2026

Welcome to Togetherlee, a private family hub app operated by Jason Skidmore ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What Togetherlee Is

Togetherlee provides private spaces for families to share photos, videos, messages, calendars, lists, and family memories. Your family group is private: content is visible only to the members of your group.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts for children under 13 must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.

3. Your Content

You own the content you share on Togetherlee — your photos, videos, messages, recipes, stories, and everything else. By sharing content in the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the App's features for you and your family group. We claim no other rights to your content.

You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Togetherlee to:

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the More screen in the App. As described in our Privacy Policy, your personal data is permanently deleted, and content you shared with your family remains available to your family group in anonymized form ("Former member"). We may retain information where required by law.

6. The App Is Provided "As Is"

Togetherlee is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of irreplaceable photos and videos.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of fifty dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Changes to the App and These Terms

We are actively developing Togetherlee and may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms or where required to protect the App, its users, or comply with law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
